Shipping Information
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM New York time (EST/EDT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.
Handling time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 6–9 business days
Return Policy
You can return your order within 30 days of receipt.
We only accept returns for products that are in new condition, slightly used condition, or opened but unused/undamaged condition. Items must be returned with all original labels, tags, and packaging where possible.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Our warehouse is located in Asia, so please be aware of potential return shipping costs. The cost of return shipping typically ranges between $20 and $40.
The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return label. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
A 30% restocking fee based on the product price will be deducted from the refund amount.
We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

Returns can only be processed after contacting us first and receiving return instructions by email.
How to Return Your Product
Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at bizacn@hotmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.
Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in acceptable condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. The 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are possible within 24 hours of placing your order.

Important Notes
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be in new, slightly used, or opened but undamaged condition, with all labels and tags attached where possible.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if we believe the items have been used excessively, damaged, altered, washed, or are not in acceptable return condition.
All returns are sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer’s expense.
If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee depends on the shipping carrier chosen.
